At BGorgeous, we take pride in delivering high-quality fashion jewellery crafted with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery products, we follow a transparent and fair return policy as outlined below.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Our Commitment to You
We carefully inspect every piece before dispatch. However, if you receive:

A damaged product (during transit),

A wrong item, or
-
A product with a genuine manufacturing defect,
we will gladly assist you with a resolution.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

You must raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, boxes, and invoices must be intact.

An unboxing video (from sealed package opening to product inspection) is required for any damage or wrong-item claims.
This helps us protect both our customers and our brand from fraudulent claims.
Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings and pierced jewellery.

Items purchased during sale or promotional discounts.

Customized or personalized jewellery.

Gift cards or store credits.
-
Products marked as “Non-Returnable.”
4. Customer-Handled Damage
Fashion jewellery is delicate and must be handled with care.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Breakage, bending, or scratches caused after delivery.

Missing stones or embellishments due to customer handling.

Tarnishing caused by perfume, water, sweat, or chemicals.

Damage due to improper storage or normal wear and tear.
If the returned product shows signs of use or damage from the customer’s end, it will not qualify for refund and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Clear product images

Mandatory unboxing video

Description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved:

We will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable), or

Share return shipping instructions.
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Inspection & Refunds
All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Shipping charges, COD fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.

Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
9. Refused Deliveries / RTO
If an order is returned due to:

Refused delivery,

Incorrect address provided,

Customer unavailability,
Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Repeated RTO orders may result in restriction of Cash on Delivery (COD) service for future purchases.
